I ride between 5000 and 8000 miles a year and use this tube for both general riding and racing. There's no reason to use the ultra light tube that flat going over any little bump. I'd rather have a few extra grams in tube weight rather than flatting in a sprint.

It holds air inside my tires to keep them under pressure. It's made out of rubber. It smells kind of funny when you let the air out. It's a tube.

The Kenda Tubes were bought for our EP Cyclists Club Store. We make them available to our memebers onsite and at every ride we have. The price is very reasonable, the quality is outstanding, at par with major brands...Look us up on Facebook

I haven't had any issues with flats and the presta valve has survived many rounds with the pump. Great tube for cheap.

I find it difficult to differentiate among butyl tubes's performance, so I focus on getting exactly the correct size (700 x 25), valve length (48m) and SMOOTH valve. My 60's era Silca floor pump head is much much happier sliding over a smooth valve than it is getting roughed up by a threaded valve stem. Kenda is a major manufacturer and they are comfortable putting their corporate name on this product, so I feel it is most likely a higher quality product than say an unbranded price point tube.

They work!

This tube does a good job. Doesn't leak or puncture easily. It may not be the lightest tube but it keeps me happy.

New to road biking. Several hundred miles and going strong. They seem heavier duty than the ones that came on my new bike.

I needed tubes with schrader valves for my vintage 10 speed . these fit the bill and I'd use them again.

this tube was inexpensive and a great value.

A good value. I usually buy 10-20 at a time and stock up. When you buy them on sale and get the qty discount on top of that, it makes is a great value. Quality is as good as any tube out there.

These are for city riding. Resilient.
I would have liked to have known the stem length however.
They're a little long for my wheels, although standard lengths are just a smidge short.

It's a tube...it works. Actually my tube of choice. I have never had any problems with them. Not the lightest but I don't race. They last as long as I don't do something stupid (underinflate or run through something really nasty). Good value, even better if you can get them on sale.

So far this tube works well. it's hard to review a tube unless it is bad out of the box or refuses to hold air. this was a nice tube and holds air well. it has a removable vcore so i can add some stop leak as i plan to use this on my cyclocross bike for trail ridings. i had tubless stans set-up but that was always problematical with maintaining air pressure. so far these work fine.

Kenda makes solid, durable tubes at reasonable prices with lots of stem length options. Maybe these are a little heavier than some other brands race models, but Im willing to pay the weight penalty for reliability.

Haven't used yet, it's a back up tube

Tubes seem reliable, no problems with them....

Good for general use at a good price. Those who have more specific uses, racing off roading or what ever may want something more suited to their specific uses.

I've ridden my first set of these for about 3000 miles with no issues and no flats. I use Stan's No Tubes sealant in them as a backup. They hold air very well, are easy to install and have a removable valve. They're a very good all-round tube.

These tubes repair ok, and the stem doesn't seem to pull out as badly as others I've tried. When repairing, clean the roughed up spot with some isopropol alcohol, and let dry for a couple of minutes before applying the glue. The patches seem to really grip when I do that.
Removable valve cores are good if you're planning to run sealant and necessary for inline valve extenders. Unfortunately, Kenda tubes seem to be mixed between fixed and removable valve cores. Continental Race Road Tubes have consistently removable cores.
Thanks,
Theo
