More clearance than quasimoto
It is the 650b tire with less distance from center to more external point so the clearance is 1-2 mm greater than the quasimoto. It is true it has a high rolling resistance.

My favorite MB tires
I had these on my 26, and when I went to 27.5, had to have them as well. I love the way they just grab the local terrain. Definite upgrade on what comes with most MBs.
