needed new wheels for my aero bike. called BTD and talked to them about these wheels. After a good conversation and high recommendation i grabbed them. GLad i did, these wheels are great. well built, great price for what you get, and great support. Ive done a few hundred miles on them already and i love them. I was used to my old wheels ( 120 psi ) so these i was not sure at 80 psi for my weight, but now i know how good these are. I love the alum rim with carbon aero. Easy to mount Conti 5000 tires on, Ill grab another set for my other bike as well.. A+ i would buy again.

The 21mm width means that a 28mm tire fits nicely. These get up to speed quickly and hold speed very well. Super comfortable as well. You definitely notice a difference in speed by switching. I have another Hed wheelset from over 10 years ago (Ardennes SL) and that is still going strong. You really cannot beat the quality and durability of HED wheels and they have always been pioneers for aero performance and comfort.

I finally replaced my stock rims on my 2013 Specialized Tarmac with these wheels. After a couple hundred miles, these are great. They spin up with little effort and have cool swirl sound.

As an entry level product into the HED family, these spin up quickly and roll smooth out of the box.

Keep in mind , you will need a longer valve of you are staying clincher.

This is my first carbon wheel. Upigraded from the stock alloy on my Trek Domane. The price was excellent with the sale , and the performance so far has been a very noticeable difference in the ride. Climbing, even just cruising on flats, seems much easier and faster. Highly recommend.
