I use this as a replacement for Gatorade powder which has something on the order of 22g of sugar per scoop. This has almost none, and has been great for long, hot rides as well as track races in the summer. Definitely more healthy!

I start every morning with a serving of Hammer's EEP mixed in a glass of water. If I don't, I tend to get muscle cramps when I'm swimming or engaging in the other sport/activities I do on a daily or weekly basis. Good stuff!

I have a hard time staying hydrated and Hammer's endurolytes extreme capsules have worked really well for me. The powder works just as well and can be easier to use, specifically when I would rather bring a water bottle and not a tube full of capsules. I made the mistake of breaking open a capsule and dumping that into a water bottle, never again. This powder has a mild watermelon flavor so I'll mix a bottle of melon flavored HEED and add a scoop of this to add some extra electrolytes.
