Comfortable fit, great airflow, light weight. I live in Louisiana where superior ventilation characteristics are a must in the heat and humidity. This helmet has what it takes.

Super happy with the helmet, great price at BTD, fits like all my other GIRO's I've owned, good ventilation for keeping the nog'n cool here in South TX

Ventilation could be better but worth it to have safer helmet

I love this helmet. This is my 2nd Synthe. I previously had neck pain, but this helmet solved that problem. It doesnt sit too low in the back.

Light, aero (supposedly), well-ventilated. And MIPS to keep your dome extra-safe. Great helmet.

I have had the helmet for a few months now and have no major complaints. It is light and well ventilated. The MIPS system creates a comfortable separation from the helmet. My only negative comment on the helmet is that the front pad has holes that makes marks on your forehead when the helmet is tightened (not a big deal for me). I would buy the helmet again and do recommend it.

Figured it was time to replace old road helmet, a giro atmos. This one is bulkier, heavier, and doesnt vent nearly as well as 10 year old model. Retention system is better, really stays put despite heavier feel and movement associated with MIPS system. Better sweat control with less absorbing padding at forehead. If I could write this one off Id think really hard about the lighter Kask helmets, even without MIPS. But it's okay.

Cant say enough about this helmet!! Bought this one to replace my previous (exact same) after a crash. I busted the helmet when I flipped over the handlebars, but I had no head injury. This helmet fits comfortably secure unlike others Ive had. I would recommend it to any cyclist.

I wanted to replace my 5 yr old Lazer Helium with something similar updated with MIPS. This Giro was just the ticket, and the clip is easier to use as well! Great helmet!

The fit on the helmet is great. Very comfortable. Straps are well designed and easy to adjust. Very lightweight. Low wind noise.

This helmet is great for hot days as well as cold due to a great ventilation system and the fit is spot on with multiple adjustments. Light weight and looks good too!

This is the most comfortable helmet for my head. The quality of the finish is fantastic. I highly recommend trying this helmet on. Im a serious cyclist and very happy with this purchase.

This is the most comfortable helmet I've ever worn. It fits better than my old Giro Atmos helmet, which was pretty good in its own right. I suspect the MIPS helmet liner is the reason for the better fit. I have noticed a slight whistle at high speeds strong headwinds, but that is a minor issue.

While the helmet design, fit, and finish is fine. The solution to keep the sweat pads on the helmet doesn't last. It could be a flaw in a run or simply a storage related issue, but half the retainer fitted dots fail on one side. Even worse, Giro has customer support level that replies haphazardly if they even pick up the phone or respond to any messages.

For myself, Giro and the family of brands that are along with them doesn't meet the standards of product quality and support for what is being presented as a superior quality product. This particular helmet is the very first to give me such an issue and the support ensured that I would not purchase another one of their products in the future.

The helmet does have an excellent fit...best I've experienced among three brands. I gave it 4 stars mainly because I feel the ventilation could be better.

I use this helmet on road and gravel rides. This is the most comfortable helmet I have ever owned going back over 20 years. I wear a large Giro Synthe MIPS Helmet, and my hat size is XL or 7 58 - 7 34. I have had a problem in the past with helmets riding back on my head and exposing my forehead. I do not have that problem now and the helmet stays down and protects my forehead. I like the style look of this helmet. I always wear a cycling hat and they integrate together nicely. If I had to purchase another helmet, this would be the one. Perfection.
