This shoe is built for All Mountain sort of Enduro style riding and it is exactly how I feel about this shoe. Robust, stiff, and it has a bit of weight to it. It feels great on tight, technical terrain where you want to use your feet off the pedal on taking tight turns. What it is not, is soft leather, carbon sole light weight, xc type shoe. Ideal for Bike parks.

Nice shoe, didn't fit. I wear a 46 in Specialized shoe, ordered a 46, but the Giro was too tight in width.

Sturdy, comfortable shoe. Easy to get in and out of. Very walkable.

This is my first clipless shoe and I am using it with Shimano M540s. The shoe is comfortable right out of the box and fits true to size. I use this shoe with both my road bike and mountain bike and it works great with both. Dedicated road bike shoes will likely be lighter and maybe more sleek, but I wanted to use one shoe for both bikes and still be able to walk around in them. These shoes do just that. The clips are off center of the shoes, which at first I thought would be uncomfortable, but they have been no problem at all and the shoes have been comfortable on multi-hour rides.

There's nothing I don't like about this shoe. I use it for all my cycling ... from MTB trails, gravel adventures and road riding. Fit is just a bit on the large side but not bothersome and it gives me room for heavy socks in the winter. The Boa closure works super and won't degrade like velcro straps. The closure also has micro adjustability to get the fit just right. The soles are very comfortable in the hike a bike and walking modes with plenty of sure footed grip. These shoes seem to breathe well and I have no hot spots in the summer heat. I'l know more about the durability by next summer but I'm feeling confident they will hold up to everything I can throw at them. Very pleased with this purchase and would recomend this shoe.

I really like this Ventana. There is a version with laces, but the BOA works really well and along with the velcro strap in front, keeps my foot in place. The shoe can be tightened nicely, but still feels very comfortable. It also breathes well, and looks good. It's a shoe that is easy to walk in (almost like a regular shoe) and doesn't scream cyclist! I wear an 8.5-9 and the 42 fits perfectly.

I like the easy of use of their adjustment system and the overall fit of the shoes.
