Got these on sale at BTD. I've only been riding a couple of years and started out with SPD pedals and cleats. I decided to switch to SPD-SL. What a world of difference. My average speed is up nearly half mile per hour. Doesn't sound like much and I am not racing, but I LOVE THE SPEED! These are a great entry level shoe. Comfortable, stiff, and fit perfectly right out of the box. You can actually feel the difference in power transfer between the two different clipless types. One more thing to dump money into! ??????

I use the shoes on my road bikes with SPD pedals, often for longer rides. Comfortable shoes with reasonably stiff soles. No issues with hot spots on my feet. Boa closures work really well. Very pleased with this purchase.

I bought a white pair for my new hybrid bike and I like them so well that I just ordered the other color to replace my road-bike shoes. I average over 4,000 miles a year, so I want comfortable shoes.

Nice shoe for the price. There are better shoes, but I am not that good a rider that it would make a difference.

This is my 2nd pair of clip in riding shoes. They have met all my expectations and then some. For beginner riders its a great shoe at a great price.
