I ride 3 or 4 times a week and the Giro Aries Spherical is great for my purpose. I do feel it's more comfortable with a skull cap as the thin plastic fitting pinches some without the cap. I like that it scored so highly on the Virginia Tech helmet tests.

After using Bell helmets for years I decided to try the Giro Aries and was not disappointed, great fit, great look and easy to set up and dial in. Would recommend for sure.

I owned several Giros and by far this is the best helmet Giro has made. Fit is just perfection and adjustments are effortlessly. Weight is nonexistent. Would love to see more options in the color scheme
