This is the most comfortable helmet I have ever worn. It is light and fits very well. The venting doesn't seem any better than other helmets I have worn, but it just fits right and was very comfortable all day long on the bike. I didn't have to mess with the straps or the position of the helmet at all. I was surprised that at this price point it doesn't come with a travel sack, though. That's my only complaint.

Been ridding with the helmet for two months so far. Really light weight and feels very secure. Also very comfortable. The sunglasses garage alarm holds glasses very well but it is difficult to do one handed while riding.

I use it for all my rides here in the North Carolina mountains. I don't have real hot temps, but it is warm and this has been perfect.

Over all I am very happy with the helmet, but I am disappointed a stainless bolt wasn't used for the back-strap adjuster; mine is rusting and has stained the area around it.

It's always good to know your helmet provides best protection. In that context, it is fine, just a few nits. Bottom sides are lower than replaced earlier generation Giro helmet - sunglasses touch and rattle on some bumps. Helmet's integrated front sweat band stops airflow on forehead, and is noticeably hotter there.

Coming from an Aether, this is a bit "sleeker", doesn't appear as large. The look is similar, but better (if that makes sense), the comfort is great, breathable and great looking and of course safe. What more can you ask for in a lid? Highly recommended.

Super light though almost exactly the same as their other two Spherical's Kind of like riding with a black hole on your head absorbs all light and heat. You can pretend to be the Headless Bikeman

I buy a new helmet every few years. Road focused, 8K miles a year. This one seems like the best I've owned: safety, aero, cooling, good looks.

Good fit and excellent cooling

Looking to replace my cracked Bell helmet, wanted a well ventilated helmet which this seemed to be but just not the right shape for my head.

This is by far the best and most comfortable helmet I have owned. I ordered the wrong size first and the exchange was quick and easy.

Giro helmets just fit me better than anything else I've ever tried. This one is lightweight, comfy and has great airflow.

After having an ice dent with the same helmet last month, i am happy to report no damage to me, just the helmet. So i am comfortable replacing with the same.

Light weight, great safety rating, & well ventilated..

Pricey but IMO it's money well spent.

I really like how the Giro Roc Loc 5 LED Rear Helmet Light fits on the back of this helmet. it's a little pricey, but you pay for quality.

After my recent crash resulting in a TBI, I needed a new, safer helmet, This GIRO was one of the highest rated on the Virginia Tech helmet testing site.

Really nice looking, and comfortable helmet. Very light and easy to adjust.

Hopefully I will never find out just how well it protects me in a fall.

I have used Giro helmets for decades, ever since Greg Lemond's black and neon edition in TDF win vs Laurent Fignon. I've have been impressed with Giro's spherical design, which allows construction of a complete MIPS polystyrene helmet which can rotate within an outer shell helmet. Very sturdy and easy to see how it would dissipate concussive head trauma forces. Only negative is wide, dome-shape to helmet, giving a mushroom top appearance. This version is much nicer looking, lighter, and with better air flow than its predecessor. But to be honest, I exchanged it for the Meta MIPS Trenta, because it looked better, seems to have better air flow, and is what Tadej Pogacar wore in this years TDF. Tough call because I believe Vingegaard wore the Giro, and it looked pretty good on him.

I purchased this helmet to replace the Giro Aries Spherical that saved my noggin in a crash. The technological MIPS safety features and the Giro style brought me back to replace my broken helmet with a new one.

I use this helmet everyday for my riding. It is very comfortable and looks great as well. Is expensive, but goes on sale often. You cannot go wrong with this helmet. Is a top 10 for safety as well.
