Elevates the wheel
I have a Tacx trainer and bought the wheel support to keep everything steady, but the real benefit was lifting the front wheel so I didn't feel like I was always riding downhill.

Nice addition
Stabilizes the front wheel while using the trainer. Really nice when putting in a hard effort. Worth the money.
