The Edge 830 is an awesome little computer, but it's feather light and plasticky. Vulnerable in a crash, and easy to slip out of your hands. One mistake can cost you $xxx. So, this case, as simple and flimsy as it is, is essential to protect it from corner impacts. But 3 stars for value: I can't believe they charge $xx for this thing. Still, just get it.

Keep it wrapped around the Edge 830, to keep it safe from dropping, accidents, etc. It's similar to having a case on an iPhone. Would not be without it.
