These are a solid wheelset, with tyres easier to mount due to the wider rim. The wider rim allows the tyre to expand beyond its stock sizing, resulting in a more stable and comfortable ride. Right now, I have the Continental Grand Prix 4 Season 700x25 mounted and they're measured just over 26 mm. They've recently taken abuse in the last Solvang Century with no issues after 2,000 miles.
They take a while to spin up and although their weight suggest as a non-climbing wheelset, they're decent enough to climb. Don't let the weight fool you!

These are ok, not overly impressed. Seem very heavy and a very noticeable difference. I realize I am comparing them to a much higher end wheel, but they are not any better than the wheels that came standard on my Giant bike when I purchased it. Probably would return them if that was an option.
Very wide rim. I put 25mm tires on them and they are about the size of 28mm on a standard rim.

I don't currently race (though I am considering it), I go on solo rides and group rides with friends. I have a 2011 Specialized Allez comp m2, and my bike literally feels brand new with these wheels on here. I can hold lines better, balance better, and get up to speed much faster. The power transfer is noticeably improved over my stock wheels, which I never realized felt so squishy.
People are commenting about the weight of these wheels. These wheels are about 250g lighter than the wheels that came stock on my bike. They aren't the lightest thing out there, but I have ridden for a long time on much heavier wheels. I have gone on a few good rides on them now and they don't sprint up hills, but I do notice a big difference.
If you are looking for an upgrade (especially for a bike that cost sub-$2000), these are a great option.
