Nice Bike shoes
Looking for a nice pair of bicycling shoes that fit well and comfortable, these fit the bill been on a few 30 mile rides and was very pleased with them. My foot size is 10 1/2, 11 and the size 45 is a good fit I got the MTB shoe because I like to clip in and also like to walk a little.

Mountain bike shoes
I own these shoes in a road cleat so I know like them already. I got the mountain bike version because I like the dual sided SPD pedals - easier to get into and walk with and I use the same shoes on both road and mountain bikes.
