I only have a few rides on these shoes, but I have to say that I love them. Perfect for me. Out of the box you can see the quality. Size-wise, right on. I measure up to a 43 and the 43 shoes fit perfectly. Nice and snug with plenty of toe box room - no heel slip. The closures work as expected. Very secure in spite of dust and sand. I'm in Arizona, so not much for testing in the wet. The stiff sole is super efficient but the softer lugs make them easy to walk in. They seem to ventilate well.
My constructive criticism would be the color options. Surely there is something between lavender and black. I'm taking a star off of value. Bike shoes are stupidly expensive.

This shoe is very stiff, but the outsole is easy to walk in. I like the velcro strap and boa combination for getting a comfortable fit, but I worry about the long-term durability of the velcro, especially if it gets wet and muddy. These do seem to run more narrow than other Fizik shoes I own. I had to size up to get the width right leaving a bit more room in the toes than I'd prefer. They have been comfortable with no slippage on the bike, though.

Stiff sole and light, snug upper makes them great for riding hard. As such, there are not great if you need to hike a bike or walk outside of the saddle. I noticed the outsole rubber is soft and wears down easily. I'm lucky to have a second pair of shoes for days when I do more walking/hiking, so as long one can use these for what they are designed for, they're great! Wore them for a 11-hour ride yesterday and had no issues besides generic fatigue.
