FizikVento Argo R1 Saddle(Return to Product Page)

I purchased this saddle to replace my Antares R1 Open since I find it slightly uncomfortable as I get near to 3 hours of riding. The padding on the Vento seems a little hard during the initial 10-12 miles of my ride but gradually does seem very supportive and stable as the ride gets longer. I also find the saddle surface slightly too slippery - makes me wish that it was similar to surface on the Antares.

Not only is the Vento Argo great for racing but excellent for anyone of any type of cycling. The foam layer provides support and comfort for doing long rides. I have used several saddles over the years of cycling and the Vento Argo is the BEST jewel yet! The saddle is easy to keep clean and looks great.

I had an S-works Power saddle and the rails cracked from normal use. That was my first and last time veering from Fizik. This saddle is very similar in shape and fit, plus its much less expensive. Liked it so much I bought two!

This saddle is my go to! It's the saddle I use to replace all other saddles that come with my bike purchases. I have one on my Bianchi OltreXR4 as well as my Factor 02. I'll be adding one to my Kickr bike as well. The comfort of this saddle is perfect for me. I can do 50-100 moles days on this.

Have owned many FIZIK saddles through the years. Was intrigued by the cutout short nose design. Love the way the saddle fits & it's really pretty light. I find the cover material a little slick. Have only ridden about 800 miles but happy so far.
