A very good saddle but it's firm, for road racing (according to Fizik). It's well designed, with enough padding in the right places to be comfortable. It took about three rides before my sit bones adjusted. Since then I've been very happy with it.

Also, it has one has the best cover material, compared to other saddles I've had. Slightly smooth. Easy to move around and it reduces the rubbing from bike shorts compared to others that have more fabric/texture cover.

Needed a new saddle for one of my road bikes. the R5 was about as close in shape/form as the original. Have about 900 to 1000mi. on it ,so far it has been great. I like it so well I will be picking up 2 more for my other 2 road bikes that I alternate riding. Can not say enough great things about BIKE TIRES DIRECT.Fast service and agreat rewards program.

I was looking for a gravel bike saddle that was narrow to prevent saddle sores, but that also gave a solid platform for gravel rides. This one seems to be doing the trick. It's not as cushioned as some other saddles, but the fit overall is better than the number of others I've tried and it feels comfortable on gravel rides.

Needed a replacement saddle and this one fits my needs . I have used FIZIK products before and can't beat the qualty. BTD seems to always have what I need at great price.FAST SERVICE.
