I have been riding Selle Italia SLR saddles for more then a decade. I have them on all my bikes from MTB to road to graves. The saddle works perfect no matter the bike brand, type or suspension set up. The only change I made around 2 years ago was move to a wider set up. Love it. I have been always afraid of saddles with a cut out. They used to feel like a sharp knife cutting my soft tissue in front of my sit bones. Honestly I rolled the dice with this saddle just because I got an Enve Melee frame set and all the parts are Enve made or labeled Enve. I was extremely surprised when trying this saddle for the first time how similar felt than the complete saddle (no cut-out). From my perspective feels exactly the same. I even run this saddle with close to 0 degree tilt. No numbness, no soreness and a good platform to stay in place.
The lightest saddle in the market that does not have pain and suffering on the label. Once it goes on sale (bc cant justify another one) I will add it to my extra parts cabinet.

Great road saddle. I use it on my gravel bike and it is a little sticky to move around like one would on an off road machine, but my gravel bike now doubles as my road bike and on balance this is an outstanding saddles for on and off road. Gorgeous carbon rails and enough padding for off road use even though it is built and marketed as a road saddle.

Saddles are obviously a personal thing. That said, this one is super lightweight and was very comfortable from the first ride. I upgraded from an older Selle Italia San Marco saddle and I was pleasantly surprised with how comfortable this one was. My sit bones measure about 95mm and I went with the narrow of the two options. Fits great and feels really good. I have about 500 miles on it now and no complaints.

I bought a titanium one of these saddles a while ago and I loved it so much I decided to get a carbon one for one of my other bikes. Best saddle I've used, it fits my butt well but every butt is different and it's hard to take the leap for so much money.
