I have had brand name skewers wear out and almost impossible to remove during a race flat. I have not had any panic attacks with the ENVE titanium skewers. This order is for my backup bike.

Was a bit skeptical at first because they are plastic on the ends, however they work smoothly and very well

A little disappointed. Fairly big diff in 30 grams (listed for 60g) and actually 90g. But they are still 40g lighter than my Mavics so I'm gonna keep them. Just be aware 60g is unlikely. I do think these are better than the ultra light bar type.

I've always been a fan of Mavic skewers so these are no different to me except that the shape is more pleasing to the eye. They're solid, close easily with an internal cam and it is very clear when they're closed properly.

Light, solid and dependable. What more can you ask for?
