The arm band is incredibly comfortable and most of the time I forget I'm wearing it. I love the fact that its rechargeable so no batteries to change. You can get several different color armbands which are interchangable if you want a bright color. I never have a problem connecting to any device or trainer.

This heart rate monitor is the most comfortable I've ever used. Chest straps always felt like they were compressing my lungs slightly and I couldn't wait to get them off, I forget this COROS monitor is even on. It's far more accurate and responsive than any of the wrist based sensors I've used and the battery life is excellent, I rode 200 miles in the cold and rain and it still had 78% battery when I was done! This is a must have upgrade for serious athletes.

Title says it all. HR is not a big focus for me anyway. Loving the arm band vs the chest straps. A+
