I have been using Continental tires for years! I have had no problems with any of the sets that I have purchased. I rode over 2000 miles last year. I have used these while living in Oregon and now Colorado. I now have my partner using Continental tires too and no complaints. Fingers Crossed no flats with this new set!

I switched to these after I gave up on tubeless. So far they're fast and durable with a much more supple feel than previous versions. Conti's are always a little on the stiffer side (IMHO) and harder to get on the rim than the average tire (always finish at the valve stem!).

Continental 5000 23mm tire. I ride 1000 miles plus a month in South West Florida very smooth roads and no hills. I weight 150 lbs. I have over 2000 miles on the tires now with no signs of wear on the front and very little on the rear tire. The tires roll with less resistance than the Continental 4000s. The ride and handling are about the same as the 4000s. I have the tires on Zipp 454nsw wheels and they are easy to mount. I have not had a flat yet. A very nice tire and plan to put the 5000 tire on my other bikes.

Got the look I wanted with the performance I already knew and the price was right

I bought these because they were on sale and I always heard good things about the gp 4000s. I've been thrilled so far because they've made a crappy set of wheels feel much improved. Not that they're a replacement for a new set of carbon rims, but if you're running some heavy endurance stock rubber you'll notice a substantial improvement. No clue on wear yet, because I've only put 150ish miles on them, but no punctures so far.

The ride seems very smooth but the sidewalls seem a little delicate!
I have had several sidewall flats.

Old time clichers running around 70 psi (I weighy neraly 200lbs) ride is pretty good and roll seems great to me. As advertised 265 gram tire, 33mm wide on a 20mm internal rim. Mounting is just right really tight but no levers required. Durable enough for small stretches of dirt roads with small stones on the surface.

Light weight, good grip, and comfortable riding. My favorite road tire.

Nice upgrade from the previous model of this tire. Will buy again.

IMO still the best tires. I use tubes, both latex, and TPU. Don't care for the hassle of tubeless. Rugged, fast, great cornering.

Fast, durable, light. Not aware of anything better.

Durable, fast rolling, easy to install tire. Have used Continental's for years. The 5000 just improves on earlier models.

Use them on a race and so far this is the faster tire That I've ever had, I'm very please with them.

Hugely disappointed with these. Within a few rides of installing them I double-flatted on a road I've ridden many times before on Gator Hardshell's with no issues . Small goathead thorns punctured both tires. For the price I expected a lot more. I'm going back to tried and true GH's.
These tires are probably fantastic for many applications, but they are no match for even the smallest thorns Mother Nature can create and throw on a rural road.

I will not ride on anything else, GP5000s are that good. I even use their Conti Race 28 inner tubes.

The Grand Prix 5000s held up well to the chip seal and gravel sections of the Tour De Zona no flats no loss of air. they rolled well and had great grip.

I have had serious issues fitting to 2 different sets of Mavic wheels. No way I am using these on carbon wheels. This is unfortunate considering I have used these a lot in the past.

Best bike tires on the market hands down

I only use GP5000. For me it's the best tire out there. Cost comparable to others of the smae type. Pretty good at resisting flats.

I put Grand Prix 4000 tires on my Giant, and was very happy with the ride and handling. I thought if the 4000 tires worked so well I would go up a notch and purchased the Grand Prix 5000 tires for my newer Specialized. The tires did not disappoint the ride and handling is just as good if not a little bit better, nice tires.
