This is a very good chamois cream. It's not too greasy and washes out of shorts easily.

Works well, but doesn't seem to last quite as long as Assos chamois cream and is not quite as good a lubricant. On long rides, it is gone before ride is over. Was a good deal though, when purchased at the sale price offered by BTD.

Besides bag balm, this is the only type of chamois lubricant I've tried so far. Bag balm works great but it has a funky petroleum smell and I worry about leaving greasy stains on my clothes. With the PaceLine Chamois Buttr, no matter how sloppy I've been with applying it, it leaves no residue or stains on my gear or clothes. It goes on smooth and has no discernible scent, which I like. It's reasonably priced and easy to find in most bike & outdoor gear shops. It also lasts for miles - on a recent 135 mi jaunt I had to touch up only once.

Use liberally, typically where skin meets chamois or sensitive areas contact shorts. Apply thickly, as a shield. Cleans up easily with water so it's not so great on a rainy day unless you can reapply (which I've never done). Watch for it on sale ($9 is a good buy) as it can be $18 or more, and buy three or more tubes for the year.

Great product. Works well with even small amounts. However, I wish they made a larger size. Ordering something (any consumer product) which we use on a continual basis-like T.P., P.T. (paper towels), dish soap, or Paceline Chamois Buttr in an 8oz size-is not an economical purchase. It starts with the manufacturer who knows they make a substantially larger profit with diminutively packaged offerings. Shame on Paceline for not offering a larger size. It is also not very green-conscious.

Non racer, 14 mph average rider, who takes breaks but loves to ride. The difference between riding with or without Chamois BurrR is dramatic. I recommend this product highly to a person wishing to focus on the scenery and riding friends. It's made my back to back training day rides much more pleasant.

Great cream. Non-greasy and it works.

I've used this for years. Tried Assos, and other than the cooling effect I felt from it, couldn't tell them apart.
Good value and works for me just fine for about 4 hours or so.

Put it on your butt and slip n slide on you ride! No chaffing or gross build up. My girlfriend even says it make me softer down there.

I like this chamois cream. It does not stain & no more saddle sores - does the job.

Product works well. It just sucks that they use such a big CAP on it. For folks like me who have to drive their car to the start, I do not want the product in my shorts until I get out of the car to ride. Is a tad challenging to apply with the shorts on with the BIG HUGE HINGED CAP. And yes using the tube version, is better than the 'dippity do' style tub.
They used to use a smaller user friendly size cap a couple of years ago.

This is my prefered chamois cream, although most are similar. Seems to last and is comfortable.

This is a good chamois cream. I use it for my rides that last 2-3 hours or for additional protection during longer rides. It is easy to apply, just squeeze it out of the tube onto your chamois. I find it tends to get absorbed or used up during longer rides and so I need to reapply. Overall good quality at a fair price.

This is by far one of the best chamois products on the market, try the Euro style if you are looking for the same protection with a different twist!

Have tried lots of different butt butter, and this is the best. Not greasy, and the ingredients are very kind to the skin in this sensitive area. Best of all, it provides excellent sterility to eliminate the possibility of saddle sores. Highly recommended and decently priced (especially when there's a sale at BTD!)

I've used this for several years for racing, week-long epic tours, and 1-day monster climbing events. One good application usually lasts for the entire ride and I get no abrasion. Shorts clean-up very well and this product is extremely cost-effective compared to other quality chamois creams. Thumbs up!

Chamois cream, such a personal choice... I don't care for the ones that contain menthol or other skin-tingly additives. Original Chamois ButtR is is the crotch lube with nothing extra, just a thick lotion preparation with no fragrance.

Use this product at the start and during your long rides to prevent chafing and saddle sores. It goes on your butt, not the chamois, just about where your thigh reaches your butt. That's where the saddle sores develop. Keep a small container or package of this product in your bag and at each rest stop re-apply using the good 'ol three finger swipe technique. It's water soluble and not greasy like a petroleum product, such as Vaseline.
And, by the way, if you ever develop a saddle sore apply hot compresses to that bugger as often as you can or it will take on a life of its own.

For those centuries or other long rides, apply directly to bike short chamois. Soothing lubrication without a mess to deal with after the ride. Worked exceptionally well for the STP Seattle to Portland 205 mile ride. Is a good value at regular price compared to other products but particularly valued when ChamoisButtR is on sale!

Makes for long, comfortable, chap free rides. One of the best cycling products out there.
