Pretty good, but not my favorite
I have always loved Castelli. Fit and comfort was the best. Not any more. I have found Sugoi Evolution shorts to be better. Better leg gripper, nice wide band at top (vs a much narrower band of elastic that bunches way easier). The pad in the Sugoi shorts are much better. I still enjoy my Castelli shorts but i'll take my Sugoi any day, especially longer rides, over the Castelli shorts.

great fit one size up
I bought large and had to return them. I am 6'1" and 185 lbs. The XL fits perfect.
Very stable with decent padding for short to medium distance riding.

very comfortable and supportive
Chamois is very difficult to dry after washing, but if you press your finger into it a wet spot will appear. Internals of chamios must be s sponge
