Neoprene is water proof but if the fit isn't tight then you'll have leaks right away. These, of the four different brandsstyles I own these seem to stray dry for the longest. Yes, some days are hopeless, but the cleat and heel holes line up nice and tight for either gravel or road. They're easy to put on and take off too. Appreciate the reflector tape at the back.

Is it perfect at everything? No. But, it's been great for adding moderate amounts of warmth to rides when it is in the mid-40s to 50s. And, it's pretty good at keeping rain out when it's not pouring.

Early spring and late fall road riding. Keeps the water out and keeps my feet warm even with carbon shoes. Not sure how long they will last and not to impressed with the way that the back keeps coming down and I end up walking on the back edge.

Good for mornings when you want to wear thinner shoes on a really cold day. Very tight-fitting, but doable.

This was purchased to replacem 3 yr old Castelli Estremo booties. This is a much better product and more appropriate for Portland weather.

Very warm shoecovers, but not recommended if there will be walking involved. I used them on a gravel ride twice now and the front bottom is starting to tear. My fault really. They are more intended for road shoes. Seems like they should beef up that area so that you can ride them in all conditions and terrain.
Easy to put on a take off. Good looking.

I have used these from 25 degrees up to 50 degrees. Excellent warmth. Never have had cold feet since using these.

The XL fit over my size 46 shoes unlike many other brands. The bottoms wear if you walk in them, so just stay on your bike. Walking is for animals anyway.

Four stars because these appeared to be made very well, and would probably be perfect for someone wishing to ride in more severe weather than I am. I found them far too warm and they did not breath a bit. After a 30 min ride at around 40 degrees, without rain, my shoes and socks were quite damp from retaining too much heat. They look great, with helpful reflective details, and they are easy enough to get inout of.

I went on a ride the weekend before I purchased these and my feet were very cold by the end of the ride. After purchasing these and using them the next week, all I could say at the end of the ride was wow. These were definitely worth the money and made an immediate difference.

Worn these a few times in cooler temps and they have worked well and kept my feet warm. Make sure you fit them over the cleats correctly as the neoprene will tear.

Have done well for one season. Easy on and off for my road shoes.
