Great way to get in carbs if you struggle to eat on the bike
Great carb mix with good sodium serving. Good taste and definitely a great carb-to-cost ratio.
If you struggle to eat on the bike, this makes it super easy to hit your carb goals provided you stay on top of your drinking too. A little bit difficult to mix at times. I mix half of what I need with half the water, shake it up, and then add the rest of the half of the mix followed by the rest of the water. Vigorous shaking and a little bit of time to let the mixture mix is required (maybe 10-15 mins before your ride starts).
