In addition to training rides, I recently used Carbs Fuel gels for a 16 hour overnight race. I consumed one 50g gel and 50g of homemade drink mix every hour and no solid foods. I felt strong throughout, and experienced *zero* gastrointestinal discomfort! Additionally, the neutral flavor made it easy to put down hour after hour. And all for a price that doesn't make me cringe :D
