9x42 13 spd delivers at the top and bottom of the gearing spectrum
13 spped, single chainring. With a 42t chainring you get the 1:1 ratio for the climbs and the 42-9 is plenty for the sprints. Excellent product, super light and lasts forever.

Provides Tight Gearing for 50/50 Road/Trail
Gives me an edge going up hills when combined with the 38 front Ekar crankset but also great on flat/downhill asphalt, gravel, or dirt with the 9-42 version.
