Quick & easy with multiple uses.
Besides a quick & easy use before & during a long bicycle ride. I use it in the web & palm of my hands under my gloves. I also use it on my hands inside of my gloves while shoveling snow in our Minnesota winters. My hands always perspire & Body Glide prevents chaffing or callouses all year round. Much easier to use than Chamois Butt'r which also is a terrific anti-chafe product.

Better than the creams
The PLUS - easy to apply, no staining, and no greasy mess. IT WORKS Less expensive than creams. Dislikes - NONE
