These shorts are inexpensive but they work. They're also durable. Can't go wrong. Get a couple of them on the cheap.

For the low price I was expecting low quality shorts. I was surprised at how nice the shorts were. The fit was great, the shorts were comfortable, and even small details like the leg grabber elastic and waistband were just fine. I use the shorts mainly for mountain biking, so I like the thicker pad. I have a few shorts with the thin pad - pearl izumi 3d, briko, etc - and prefer the O2 short for comfort. I wish I purchased a few more pairs at the sale price, as I ride almost every day and am hard on clothes.

My first online bike short purchase. Lots of padding, much more than my Canari Veloce. Seem to be great for endurancedistance rides.

Bellwether makes great stuff. Obviously very high quality. But the pad in this is huge. Maybe they've just gotten bigger lately, or I'm just used to the old-school kind with a thin pad, but I find walking around in them is cumbersome. Maybe if I was out for a double century they would be ok, but for commuting they are definitely overkill.

I have these shorts and also Bellwether bib shorts and both are very good quality products. This O2 Short is a little short on chamois in the front, which I have to compensate with a small soft cotton towel. Otherwise, really good fabric, fit, and the support is excellent!

These shorts fit well and give full comfort. The legs are tight without being too snug and the chamois doesn't bunch up or otherwise cause issues.
I used these on my two-hour commute the first time I wore them and had no issues.

Excellent product and comfort. Bought a second pair to compliment my first purchase. Ride approx 40 miles a day with no discomfort.

These shorts technically perform as expected, but based on the low cost, they are a better value than the more expensive options

Felt comfortable overall however I did experience some chaffing which I've never had a problem with previously.

I use these shorts as a liner under baggy mountain bike shorts and can ride for hours in comfort. They are a huge improvement over the included liners that came with some mountain bike shorts I have.

Use under bib tights in colder weather. Plan to use for touring and occasionally in hot weather. Nice silicone grippers in the legs. The mediums fit snugly on my 33 waist without being loose on my chicken bone legs. I like the firm support and weight of Bellwether shorts and would have rated these much higher except for the density and thickness of the chamois where it sits between the legs towards the front. While the thick padding under the sit bones is comfy, using the same density and thickness between the legs nullifies the cutout in my saddle. The pressure on the perineum is so uncomfortable that I surgically removed a lot of the padding in the area and restitched them. I got these on clearance so it was worth it for me for a new pair of otherwise perfect shorts.

Got them on sale so it was a good deal. Nothing special compared to other shorts. Nice gel padding. Fits a bit tight for medium but it works. Fits snugly. No complaints so far.

Good shorts for the money. Good fit but a bit tight in thighs. Yes I would recommend.

I order between M and L, and this M is a snug fit on me, but I like it. The chamois works well for me, but obviously there's a lot of personal variation there.
The tag says you can't wring/twist the short to dry it out, which is inconvenient. Some of the stiching along the bottom hem popped as I was tugging the shorts up over my quads.
I would recommend this at the sale price, but with a warning about the durability.

I ride every day, so I put shorts to the test. This pair has been very comfortable and so far quite durable, especially considering it is on the lower end of the price. I found the the small size to be a little tighter than other brands' small, but I really like this short.

Good overall. High quality chamois pad. Size is smaller than indicated, especially the thigh section.

I bought two for daily bike commuting and they work fine for me. They are good value for the money. I haven't any issues with them so far. One thing I noticed is that the waist band has a tendency to roll a little bit but that is because I still have a few pounds I could lose from my abdomen. Other bike shorts can be more forgiving on the waist.

These are what you expect for a 30-something dollar pair of shorts. Fit is good and they seem plenty durable, they are just OK. Chamois pad nothing special, Size runs true for me.
