I was happy to find this rack and ordered two from BikeTiresDirect. I converted a 20+ year old 26" mountain bike into a commuter bike. The bike lacked lower mounts for the rack, but the adapter plates allow this rack to attach to the rear skewer. By putting the same rack on my wife's ebike, we can swap panniers from one rack to the other without any need for adjustment. Her bike has lower mounts and a rear fender, but the rack still fits perfectly. I have carried three half gallons of milk on each side, plus additional groceries, without any difficulty. Our rear lights mount to the bracket on the rack. This thing is well built and has loads of mounting options. I will purchase a third when I get my new bike in the spring. Great job Axiom on the rack; great job BikeTiresDirect for a good price and quick shipping.

Moved everything back just far enough on my short stay bike. Seems sturdy and has worked for a couple of overloaded panniers. I'd buy it again.

Needed more heel space. Was hitting panniers when I used them. This rack is positioned further back and gives plenty of room. Has lots of holes for adjusting to different tire sizes, only I didn't have to move anything, so I don't know anything about the adjustment. Sturdy, solid, seems perfect after 100 mile trip.

I have this on two different bikes, both with disk brakes, one as a front rack (fat bike with 26x4.0 tires), and the other as a rear. Mounting hardware is well thought, but doesn't include bolts if you'e using the plated steel bracket. A trip to the hardware store for some M6 bolts, washers, & nuts worked well. I've used these with panniers full of groceries, canned foods, 1 gallon jugs, and they hold up well.
