I was looking for a fast gravel bike. My MTB was just clunky, heavy, and ill suited for gravel riding. My friend Jim has two of these. I could not take my eyes off of his Asylum when I first saw it. The bike is superb in every way. It's light, responsive, and handles very well. Lately I am using it to get around town. It is clean, fast, and assembled perfectly. The product manager at BTD helped me customize the bars and stem so the fit is perfect. Great product backed up by professional service. Thanks BTD guys!

I've had my Asylum for about a month. I needed a gravel-friendly bike for winter training. Usually I don't ride outside in the winter, but because I have some big events next Spring, I'd been looking for something to ride the gravel rails-to-trails routes near my home.
The instant I laid eyes on the Asylum I knew I had found what I needed. You will not find a better bike at even twice the price! I look forward to every ride, no matter the weather.
