I owned a Winter Skin Foil and a Summer Skin Foil before buying this one. I live in the Winter Skin Foil from November through March. I really needed something for those transition months in the Pacific Northwest where the temperatures are in the 50s and low 60s. This shirt was perfect. I am finding even during early July I have had to use it. Skin foils are the best base layers I have ever owned. They are pretty indestructible and add a dimension to you kit that nothing else could do. It is a perfect complement to my kit for those transition seasons.
