I own dozens of different brands of bibshorts, but I can only ever wear Assos now because they're just more comfortable for me than all other brands. With the new S11s, it's now even more comfortable. I would buy 6 pairs of these if my budget allowed for it.

Got these on sale and have a few hundred miles on them. These are one of the most comfortable Bibs that I own now, or a close second to some Rapha Bibs that are on there way out. It's really about the way the chamois is designed. It has way less tendency bind the groin. This particular model has a ample thickness to the pad without feeling like a diaper like some Assos Bibs can be a bit too much, not these! They are a great summer weight with near to knee coverage which I prefer.
I got them in a Large Long, I am 73 inches and weigh 172. These are plenty compressive on the thigh for me. If you really like a squeeze a medium would have fit me too. Anyhoo, I wrote a review which means I'm really happy with these.

This new material is awesome, great compression you can feel. Hard to improve a great chamois. The Mille shorts are better for longer distances though. Also the new long length is great as well.

I've been wearing Assos bibs since '95. IMO, nothing even comes close. They're expensive sure, but you really get what you pay for. I have a pair of S9's that are 5 years old, still great. They continue to make each iteration just a bit better. New material is outstanding, chamois, nothing comes close.

Riding Assos bib shorts for nearly 20 years, never let me down. No rubbing, no chafing no matter how long the ride.

These will be raced and trained to race in any way shape or form I can possibly get away with.

My 3rd pair of Assos bibs (3 different models), so it's certain I'm a fan of their products. I'm 6'0' / 137 lbs / pretty old. I've gone with medium in GT Mille bibs before. I really like the fit and compression of the mid thickness Lycra and the mid length (lower than most bibs) front panel (easier than most for quick urination break). These have a similar fit (again I like the compression) but a thinner (summer weight) Lycra. The chamois is different / thinner than Mille GT series but still quite comfortable (the longer the ride the more I'd choose thicker chamois). The leg length is better for me, but I wouldn't consider it long (more like normal in other brands). A go to summer bib.

Liked these so much I got a second pair once they went on sale. Having used the RS11 bibs for 3 months straight of daily 20-30mi, elevation-filled endurance rides - I can confirm they're worth every penny. Bulletproof fabrics. Rotating between the two cuts my cycling gear laundry in half - these two pairs are the only new bibs I own. Sold or traded / gave away my Pro Team bibs, as someone else mentioned on here - once you try these everything else feels inferior. Have worn them in 60 to 100+ degrees F - unbelievably comfortable. With no base layer they're also comfortable, I was skeptical the straps would irritate me. Like wearing nothing but a chamois. Assos really nailed it with these, everything from the cut to the shaping and body support - I've never worn a better bib. Highly recommended.

Recently picked these up and took them on multiple 3+ hour road / gravel rides. Just incredibly supportive and comfortable. There's a lot of thought put into these. Assos takes the cake as far as bib shorts goes - the cut and the chamois system is unmatched by other manufacturers. These and Mission Workshop's Pro bibs are the best money can buy in my book. Spent the last decade or so buying mostly Rapha Pro Team bibs, and sadly their quality has been declining. Assos bibs are without question all I can wear now and I don't know why took me so long to switch! Worth every penny.
