Not the best mounting solution
The top flap is magnetic, with no way to zipper it closed or secure it better than the magnets. That said, the way it mounts to the bars also allows from the bag to rotate forward as you ride, especially if you have anything substantial in the bag. With time the unsecurable top flap becomes the unsecured front flap
