Great design, well made, cinch to install
My old stem was looking road weary and this 3T checked off all my boxes great design, quality construction, fair price. Plus at nearly 65 yoa now, I welcomed a bit of a rise!

Not a fan of bolts being on opposite side
Hard to get bolts tight in without scratching stem, but once it installed looks OK and holds bars.. Older design was better in my opinion
