Reviews
This review is about the POC Omne Air MIPS, size Large: I spent quite a bit of time trying to eke more length out of POC's overcomplicated strap system but ultimately gave up and returned the helmet. I've probably owned 10 different helmets (mostly Bell and Giro) but never before had a problem with straps touching the bottom of my ears. Once I had adjusted the sides long enough (barely) for comfort, there wasn't enough slack left to comfortably buckle it under my chin. It's a shame because I like the helmet otherwise. If POC made the chin strap a couple of inches longer I definitely would have kept it.
Purchased the AVIP color way in large with a 59cm measured head circumference and it seams to fit really well I don't think I would have fit in a medium. I have read a lot of POC helmet reviews about the ear straps being too short so I'm not sure if this is a new design but the straps can be adjusted so I had no issues with the plastic touching the bottom of my ears. I like the helmet, seems on par with my giro syntax helmet.
