Panaracer has done it again!

The GravelKing has reached its strongest version yet. For riding in the toughest conditions, the use of ProTite Shield Plus makes the new GravelKing Plus the best, most puncture-resistant gravel and dirt tire of its kind, yet.

The GravelKing Plus is the perfect tire for getting in solid road mileage and not being afraid to throw in a lot of gravel and dirt. These tires handle exceptionally well and are reasonably light thanks to the ultra-thin 'Ax-Alpha Cord' technology.

A 120tpi super supple AX-a casing, at the core of the tire, offers a subtle ride quality. The Panacracer ProTite bead-to-bead protection belt is responsible for preventing flats. This extra protection is essential for running coveted lower pressures on tubeless tires.

The GravelKing Plus, the apparent winner of its category, allows you to ride off-road with more confidence and ultimate traction.

Purchased these for a gravel race with a lot of pavement and have really grown to love them. Usually run them tubeless at 38 psi and up to 50 on a recent all pavement ride. They do get a little squirrely on loose gravel and I wouldnt run them in mud. Initial tubeless setup had a lot of sealant leakage throughout the porous rubber. After about 5 rides seemed to diminish. Greatly reduced rolling resistance over the SK, which I really like for more technical conditions.

Great deal on a nice tire

I wanted a semi slick tire to get around on the greenbelt trails with an occasional run on a single track trail. I have ridden about 100 miles on these tires and am very happy with them. Here is what I have experienced thus far with the various terrain ridden with them

-Hard packed dirt - These tires excel here. Kind of scary how well they hook up.

-Pavement - About as good as expected with a file type tire. I run tubeless around 50-60 psi and notice they are a little grabby going around slow turns. If I were to go on a full pavement long road ride, I would pump them up a bit.

-Gravelcrushed granite - Pretty good here. I have notice the tires breaking loose when corning on thicker crushed granite which is mostly poor line choices.

-Thicker marble sized pebbles - Not good. But this a semi slick tire that I am pushing too far on single track trails.

-Mudsnow - Terrible. Hit a few patches of north facing mud and snow by accident. These tires are not intended for this.

Overall very pleased with the tires.

Not bad

A good all around tire. It's enough to keep up on the road, but can still take a reasonable beating off road. You can get a lot father off road on a file tread like this than you would imagine. I use this on rocky double track in southern California all the time. I have gotten a few punctures when riding tubeless, but they all sealed well enough. My one significant complaint is that the maximum pressure is only 60 psi when tubeless. This is low for riding on the road, so keep that in mind.

Perfect for pavement and limestone mixed riding!

These tires roll fast and stable when going from roads and paved trails to limestone trails! As a bonus, they are comfortable on rough roads. I have been running them for two years on my trail bike and i Not changing!
