Good for Well Maintained Trails

If you ride in areas with well-maintained trails, such as fireroads, hardpack trails, and hardpack mixed with light sand and low laying, smooth rocks, this tire may be for you! As long as the terrain mentioned above are dry.

Not, I repeat, NOT ideal for sandy, muddy, or wet conditions unless you are on pavement.

Inflate to max pressure and these things fly! But take care to avoid debris at max pressure because the sidewalls are very thin and will rip easily if ridden carelessly through branches or jagged rocks - ask me how I know.

Overall a great all-around ideal conditions tire.

So far so good.

Not quite the traction I was used to but sufficient for road/asphalt trails. A good value.

Good XC Tire

I've ridden a few pairs of these over the years. I'm fine with them. I ride in SoCal, where the trails are sandy over hardpack, as well as rocky in spots. Although these tires are light and have thin sidewalls, I've had good luck with them. I run them tubeless with Stan's sealant, and are happy with them.

Best deal I could find.

The tire arrived in good shape without flaws or blemishes. They appear to exactly as advertized. The bike is being overhauled this summer for fall use in the Ottawa National Forest which has lots of mud and hard baked red clay when dry. I believe the tire will be an asset. The bottom line I have not ridden on the them as yet.
