I�m 6-1 and 175. Purchased a large and it fits perfectly. The waffle fabric is very comfortable. It breathes in the back and provides a nice layer on chilly days (45). Definitely would recommend. Buy it on sale at BTD.
This is a fantastic winter base layer. Really warm and breathable. With this, another layer and a shell, I was in an assertive group ride and comfortable at 30� this December �22. I�m 6.0, 180lbs � the medium fits perfect.
