Not great at all
This would probably be a great biking waist pack if it was designed better, but unfortunately the single cinch on either side is grossly insufficient to keep it stable and prevent bounce when fully loaded. Didn't even take it riding, just loaded it up at home and jumped in place, finding very quickly it leaves much to be desired.
