Lezyne

I've owned several mini pumps over the years and never enjoyed using any of them, they have all been worthless garbage! After a little research, I pulled the trigger on the Lezyne Grip Drive HV in the medium size. I just got done testing it on a fully deflated 26x2.35 mountain bike tire, and was easily able to pump it up to 25 psi without much fuss! This will make trail side repairs much faster and way less stressful! Just a well made and well thought out product, im very happy with my new pump!!

To get the catch out of the way, this bag is a pain to transfer between bikes, because the key to its (excellent) performance is the long, broad velcro strap which must be carefully threaded through the seat rails and the loops on the bag then cinched. It takes too long to move it from one bike to another, for that you want the Ortlieb. But, once this bag is on, it isn't going anywhere, or rattling, or otherwise calling attention to itself. And the lid provides the perfect surface for sewing on a Garmin mount for your Varia radar at the proper height (the bag wasn't watertight anyway!). And the multitool has its own pocket which means you can get at it (fairly) easily w/o opening the bag, you may have to loosen, not undo, the strap. An unsung hero of the seatbag pantheon!

This seat pack is perfect for the road cyclist that wants a minimalist flat kit and nothing more. Its everything it needs to be and doesn't overcomplicate (i.e. silca mattone). Fits a TPU tube, tire lever, 16g CO2 w/ head, tire boot, and small mini tool perfectly. Quality construction and I like the wider velcro strap. Can't beat it for the price. Looks clean on the bike- nice not heaving a seatpost strap.

(*would be too small for a regular butyl gravel size tube and accessories)

Caught a small slash this morning on my road bike and didn't have a boot for the new tube, so I thought i'd give these a try on a non-tubeless tire, and it worked perfectly. The plug seals the hole through the tire, and the base glues up against the inside wall of the tire just like a patch. Trim off the excess plug, and you've got a solid fix instead of a new $70 road tire.
