Easy to use, accurate and reasonably pricedI use the tool for any thing that needs a torque wrench except the high torque points. This is a must have tool for any carbon bike owner or mechanic.

I guess I played it up too much in my head. It works fine, but angels don't sing and nothing magical happens. It just works.

Easy to dial in the torque you need. It provides cheap insurance for not breaking all your carbon parts.

Only complaint I have is that the tool lengths, i.e. the Allen key part, is quite short. This makes it tough to get certain bolts like the front brake.
Apart from that gives me a good piece of mind tightening carbon components.

I tested it against 3 other torque wrenches and I had to set it at 7nm to get 5nm. Two of the torque tools were small 5nm click wrenches. The other was a Park TW2 which is a 38 drive beam type that I don't think is available anymore. I bought this because it is a lot more handy than my Park tool.

But seems to work fine. It's a bit pricier then others on the web but are the others accurate? I'd have to over tighten and crack a part.

Tip if you invest in a crank based power meter, go ahead and invest in a torque wrench as the PM will go south on you at some point.

Review by BrtReviewed 4/30/2018by BrtCycling EnthusiastMaui1 of 1 customers found this review helpful.Quality tool..The obvious value of having a torque wrench is so you properly torque sensitive bolts especially when they are in contact with carbon fibre, but for me the real value is the night before a big ride when I am going over my bike and checking to make sure it is ready it is just a click away from piece of mind that my seat post won't slip down or the bars won't tweek. I have a Snap-On 14 drive inch lb torque wrench but I needed a second for a different location and purchased this Pro, it is very accurate super EZ to use and I like it as much if not more than the Snap-on at a lot less than half the price. I just wish they made a 38 drive 50nm version, I would buy it immediately..

Review by Wa. BikerReviewed 10/16/2017by Wa. BikerCycling EnthusiastCentral WashingtonWe all need this tool sometime! This is a tool we all need at sometime if your working on bikes regularly. Before I got this, it was always is that tight enough, or too tight? The PRO Torque wrench is a great addition to my tool collection and getting it on sale was awesome! What more is there to say?

Review by epbobReviewed 8/15/2017by epbobCycling EnthusiastEl Paso, TXEssential toolI was upgrading a 9 speed grupo on an older bike to a new 105 11 speed grupo. All of the boltsnuts have specific torque requirements. i suppose you could guestimate the torques with your box wrench set but I like to do these things correctly. The Pro torque wrench is easy to set and easy to use and it comes with all the sockets I needed for the job. The scale is in Newton Meters so you'll need to convert if your torque values are in inch-pounds.

Review by AnonymousReviewed 5/2/2017by Anonymous1 of 1 customers found this review helpful. The Pro Torque wrench enabled me to precisely torque the bolts in the stem, brakes and seat post. I have used the PRO Torque wrench to precisely torque the bolts in the stem, brakes and seat post. Great that it comes with sockets, quality seems to be good. Setting the correct torque is fast and easy. It will enable me to torque any bolts that require less than 16 nm. BTD had it on sale so it was a good value compared to other vendors.
