Description

Shimano's XTR CS-M9000 11-Speed Cassette has the widest range of any that they've ever produced. This state-of-the-art cassette is designed to compliment the rest of the 11-speed M9000 groupset, so it likewise features cutting edge technology and design. Rhythm Step Progression gear steps provide smooth shifts from gear to gear making it easier to keep rhythm on the trail to save energy and further performance. Even with its large gear range, the cassette is a light 331 g thanks to carbon fiber spiders that hold onto an anodized aluminum 40T cog followed by titanium cogs down to the last four which are nickel-plated steel for durability. Due to its specific tooth-profile, Shimano recommends use of this product with their HG-X11 chain.
