Oh its Definitely a Black Shoe
It is a thin line between utility and style that a shoe walks. (Awe...cute pun if I do say so) Shimano almost asking is this an orthopedic shoe? But, thats judging them harshly. When you look close there are some nice lines to the shoes. Walking comfort was very surprising. I could walk in these shoes all day I think. Seriously. The fit system is just great with the very effective Shimano ratchet system to snug shoes to your feet so they are not too tight or loose. They are stiff in the right way for pedaling strongly. The only negative might be the insole. I thought the balls of my feet were feeling a bit hotspot like after two hours in the saddle, but that could just as easily be that my bike fit is not accurate. I bought the shoes and wore them the first time I rode my new Specialized Diverge.
