It is as one with 101 degree blacktop. Faram.

Maybe designed for hybrids, but fit just fine on my mtb, even with Tuffy anti-flat strips.

Given Houston's lovely combination of broiling heat, constant sediments and precipitates, and capricious thunderstorms, these tires strike just the right balance. I haven't even bought my next bike yet, and I'm already ordering a pair of these tires for it. And it doesn't hurt, either, that they bring to mind Parliament's "Night of the Thumpasorus Peoples". Just saying.

300 city miles and two flats, handels great in rain.

I ride in Saint Louis County area and so there is a lot of nails, glass, etc... on the roads. They ride nice on dry and wet roads. After 300 miles I have had two flats on the rear, one from glass and one from a nail. So I am looking for a tougher tire.
