This unique wax-based chain lubricant is the standard for wet and muddy conditions. Since it contains no oil, it does not absorb dirt and grime. When dirt gets on the chain, the small particles of the wax film flake off taking the dirt with it, keeping your chain clean and your drive chain running smoothly. Has a place in every workshop.

As a chain lube, WL is exceptionally clean, and really smooth as long as it's warm and dry! It's definitely a fair weather lubricant. When it gets dirty, it falls off. So if it gets really dirty really fast, then, well, you see.

Seeing as how it takes a good deal of chaincleaning before switching to a wax, it's not really practical to just use it during dry spells and then switch back and forth, either. So, unless you're lucky enough to live where it's invariably warm and dry, it's really as a small parts lubricant that this product excels.
