The cassette is vastly different from other SRAM cassettes with their Power Dome technology. Innovative CNC'd chromoly steel construction provides a huge improvement on weight, and with being 35% harder than titanium, this is one durable cassette! As with SRAM's other cassettes, the OpenGlide technology allows for the smoother transition between gears while up- and down-shifting.
