The XM Pro is an all around CX monster with a versatile tread that excels on variety of terrain.
Wide knob spacing offers incredible mud shedding with an aggressive yet fast rolling tread. The knobs have also been made thin and sharp with center paddles to propel and variable short and long shoulder knobs for cornering traction.
Like the other tires in their Pro CX series, Vittoria's XM features a supple Nylon 150 TPI casing, and Kevlar 3D Compound for excellent grip, durability, and low rolling resistance. PRB (Puncture Resistance Barrier) is light yet extremely dense to ward off flats without sacrificing performance.
The Cross XM Pro is available in 700c x 32mm. 60-90 recommended PSI. Folding bead. Claimed weight: 350 grams. Black/Silver.

Good performing, supple economy clincher CX tire
Used this on the rear. Excellent CX clincher for a very low price. Tire rolls extremely well. Traction has been good, with predictable breakaway when it loses grip. Been racing in fairly dry conditions. Casing is very supple. With latex tubes, you need to inflate this tire more than typical clinchers to prevent folding over in hard turns. In other words, you don't need to run dangerously low pressure in order to get this tire to flex enough to dig in. Have not tried one on the front or in real mud.
