Stay dry on your road ride with the SKS Race Blade Long Fender Set.
These full coverage fenders fit modern road racing frames with tight tire clearances and without traditional fender/rack eyelets. The extra length and pre-installed mud flaps keep your feet dry and protect against the wheel spray, something both you and the rider on tail will appreciate.
Both the front and rear fenders are held securely in place using snap-in clips which attach to your wheel's quick release skewers. Snap-in attachments also affix the fenders to slim brackets which are installed under the fork crown and seatstay bridge. This design makes installation and removal a breeze, so you're prepared to ride in any weather. And like the standard Race Blade, sliding stay brackets make it easy to fine-tune set-up to accommodate different bikes and tire widths.
The Race Blade Long Fenders are designed to cover 700c tires from 18-23mm wide and are available in Black or Silver.

Works as expected, great coverage and no rub.
Been using the standard race blades and am happy to finally see an extended version. The extra coverage is great. Could be still a bit longer at the back (never too much), but works well. Installation is simple, and is easy to get on and off. Stays in place and easier to adjust than the standard rubber straps on the regular race blades. Also it is more structurally rigid and don't have problems with wheel rub due to movementdeflection. Once set, they stay where they are even after removal and reinstall which is a breeze with the snap onoff system. The mounting bits left on the bike are not the most attractive, but not bad. Only small issue is some interference with the stationary trainer interface at the rear QR, but no big deal. Primary use is on a dedicated rain road bike where there is no clearance for standard fenders.

Race Blade Long...awesome!
Living in Portland, I needed a full set of fenders that would fit my road bike. My Race Blades were OK, but I wanted to be drier. These fit right away and I was off and riding in about 15 minutes. And while I'm not completely dry, I'm certainly a LOT drier than I expected.

Best fender set for a road bike yet
These fenders are pretty great, a bit on the expensive side but worth it for a full fender for a road bike. Installation instructions are junk, better off watching a youtube video on how to install them. They also came with missing pieces (which biketiresdirect's fantastic customer service helped me with) and the end connectors were a newer version that was not pictured either on the box instructions or the picture on the website. Also, I did not have enough clearance for the short fender portion behind the seatstays. Other than that, they are great fenders with some adjustability and stays put once connected, I also love the quick disconnect feature. Once they get the parts issues and instructions figured out they'll be good to go.

It does exactly what it says on the tin.
Nice coverage, low profile. The quick release mechanism is handy should you need to remove them to maintenance the bike, or on the sunny days of January you can run without them if you absolutely have to.
The biggest problem I had with them was during assembly, the illustration on the box shows an open ended bracket where it mounts on the skewers, the part that goes over the skewers is a loop.
