Shimano Ultegra RD-6700A-G Rear Derailleur Grey

The Ultegra 6700 Rear Derailleur gets an update for better compatibility with wide range cassettes. This 6700A model now wraps up to a 30t cog in both the short and mid cage versions, so you can conquer the hills with ease.

As with previous Ultegra Derailleur, this new model benefits from trickle down technology from Shimano's top tier Dura-Ace group. Virtually identical in functionality, the main difference is a slightly bulkier body and a composite pulley cage rather than carbon fiber. Like Dura-Ace the Ultegra Derailleur features a wide parallelogram plate for increased stiffness and greater strength, resulting in crisper shifting, even under load. 11T sealed bearing pulleys provide efficient performance with great weather resistance.

This version of the Ultegra RD-6700A Rear Derailleur is available in Gloss Grey. Choose Short (SS) or Medium (GS) cage models. The medium cage is recommended for triple cranksets. Max cog: 30t (SS and GS). Chain wrap capacity: 34/40t (SS/GS). Claimed weight: 189g.
