Great shoes at a great price!
I just received my Avenir's, and my first impression is great. I bought them in black, and the shoe is absolutely great looking, better than I expected. The shoes are extremely comfortable, and when properly adjusted, mold to your foot like many of the higher priced shoes. A problem I have always had with cycling shoes is the tongue support. The top of this tongue is a stronger foam material adding support to your ankles, and making the shows more comfortable. At $130, you really cannot get a better shoe. They are light, comfortable, and great looking. The only issue I had is the ratchet is not the highest quality, but it works great and is really insignificant.

Best value in road shoes!
I have the 2010 version of this shoe, and I absolutely love them. They are very comfortable, perform very well, and look great. For the price, you simply cannot find a better shoe. In fact, if you consider that I prefer wearing these over my Sidi Fives, I think you can't find a better shoe even at twice the price! Another bonus it's available in fairly large sizes (US 13 and 13.5), which is a great thing for tall guys like me (who have the feet to match).

Feel good right out of the box, no break in. Good value
Low price and great fit. No need to break in. Size seems to be right on.
Bought 1 size to large for summer riding and feet swelling.

Very supportive, fitting shoe...like it very much.
I take a slightly narrow shoe than average and this shoe 46 23rds was a perfect fit. Easy putting on and off. Never got sweaty or uncomfortable even at 40-50 miles. A very goodexcellent purchase.

Awesome shoes!
These shoes are the perfect fit, comfort and price point. They are light and the construction is great. I got the black ones but I want to buy another pair of the white also just to have color options. I would buy again in a heartbeat..
